Requirements : experience with Windows 10, ITIL framework, k nowledge with Ticketing System Tool, desired knowledge Active Directory and Outlook Support, experience with Office 365.

Responsibilities:  Design customized schedules for accounts, optimize the workforce in order to satisfy targets and metrics, deliver performance reports, implement process improvement projects
