Technical Services Analyst POS Senior en Evenplan

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:  

         Collaborate with Solution Engineers, software development, and QA to streamline banking product integrations. 

         Provide insights to Technical Services and Software Development to enhance  banking solutions. 

         Oversee the technical aspects of relationships with banking clients and partners. 

         Offer product, solution, and integration training specifically tailored to the needs of banks. 

         Support banks before, between and after software integration projects. 

         Review and assess banking software implementations to diagnose and resolve any reported issues.

         Document and manage any incidents detected during testing, providing detailed follow-up and collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.

 

 

Competencies / Skills Requirements:  

         Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written. 

         Familiarity with POS systems, with an understanding of EMV standards and transactions.

         Broad knowledge of software development structures and logical frameworks

         Skills in project and time management, with an emphasis on prioritizing tasks. 

         Analytical and leadership abilities, with a focus on managing banking client expectations. 

         Broad understanding of development processes and methodologies.

         Strong interpersonal skills to establish solid relationships and effectively work in a team setting. 

         Capacity to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementations. 

 

Required Education / Experience Requirements:  

         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field from a recognized Mexican university or institute.. 

         1-2 years of development experience (e.g., Java, C, C++) preferably in banking or financial sectors. 

         Agile work environment experience (Scrum or Kanban), with proficiency in JIRA or other ticketing systems.

         Familiarity with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins, Bamboo). 

         Experience using GIT (GitLab or Bitbucket). 

         Understands unit testing methodologies; knowledge of test automation tools and BDD is a plus.

         Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA is essential for managing tasks and tracking issues.
