Minimum 1 year working experience. • Customer Service, Service Desk. • Knowledge of the ecosystem of electronic commerce (e-commerce) payments with cards, cash and bank transfers. • Knowledge of payment environments: mobile payments through bank terminals, ecommerce. • Management of software and customer service tools. • Management of service system through tickets. • Knowledge of incident management tools. • Basic knowledge of office (required), intermediate Excel (required). • Intermediate knowledge of Infrastructure, server monitoring, services and resources. • Intermediate knowledge PHP, JAVA, (POO and WEB languages, as much as possible) (required). • Basic knowledge of ITIL and SCRUM. • Intermediate knowledge of DB handlers (required). • Knowledge in API and WS.
