Senior Messaging and M365 Admin 

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and timely support to the business
• Help manage Messaging environment
• Respond to client support requests
• Monitor team Service Now queue
• Create process and testing documentation TEAMS channel
• Create detailed documentation 
• Participate in Change Advisory Board Meetings
• Participate in 24x7 on-call
• Occasional travel to other offices as needed
