  • Resource Description
  • Service Now architect with knowledge in different modules.
  • Integration capabilities using Service Now.
  • Technical architect role in the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Understanding of integration patterns and ability to match SNOW integrations with CEMEX standards and practices.
  • Deep knowledge of SNOW processes and configuration.
  • Midserver enablement and configuration.

Requirements
  • Experience implementing Service Now workflows from scratch.
  • Service Now integrations architecture.
  • Service Now implementation for ITSM and employee workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of Service Now integrations and Integrations Hub component.
  • Service Now integrations development.
  • Hands-on skills in configure, administer, and development in ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of database development concepts.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying ServiceNow framework and architecture.
  • Demonstrate strong technical communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts in detail, clearly, to other technical and non-technical people.
  • Desirable: Experience in customizing and developing for the ServiceNow Platform using JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Other Web Based scripting.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and design integrations for Service Now with CEMEX tools and third-party solutions.
  • Develop integrations in Service Now.
  • Evolve current Service Now workflows.
  • Configure Service Now solution.
  • Identify improvements in current Service Now implementation.
  • Translate technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions.
  • Assist with the testing, installation, and implementation of new / improved ServiceNow applications.
  • Manage dependencies and integrations among ServiceNow and external platforms such as SAP ECC, Snowflake and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Analyze the current business and technology environments to detect deficiencies and recommends ServiceNow solutions for the improved uses of information technology.
