Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? A Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant builder who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant , you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost- effective service to our clients.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management, or other Human Resources related degrees
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience working in Workday configuration/integrations, if not have worked/working with end client managing Workday Payroll system
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience, preferably with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as system Experience serving as a workstream lead on implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment.
• Desirable: Active Workday Certification(s)
• Consulting experience
• Experience in Workday Implementation and/or Support experience.
• Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of solutions according to customer requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
• Hands-on experience of configuring the Workday system.
• Understanding of Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects.
• Strong functional knowledge in Workday business processes
