SAP FICO Support Lead en Pyramid Consulting

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operation, support, and continuous improvement of the SAP production landscape.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests across SAP modules.
• Act as the primary IT partner for Finance, supporting critical processes including FI/CO, accounting, treasury, tax, and financial close.
• Manage strategic SAP vendors, ensuring SLA compliance, reviewing deliverables, and driving issue resolution.
• Collaborate directly with Finance and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Monitor service performance, maintain SAP security governance, and coordinate with BASIS teams.
• Identify process improvements and implement initiatives to reduce recurring production issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of SAP production support experience with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO.
• Experience supporting financial processes, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial close.
• 3+ years of vendor management experience, including SLA monitoring and vendor performance management.
• Experience working directly with Finance and other business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP Security (roles, profiles, segregation of duties) and coordination with BASIS teams.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
• Advanced English communication skills (Spanish is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to additional SAP modules (MM, SD, HCM).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or migration projects.
• SAP FI/CO certifications.
• Experience in retail or other high-volume transactional environments.
• Previous experience working with large SAP implementation/support partners such as Accenture.
