Job description:

We're seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our Data Center Operations team. This role objective is to provide support in the execution and monitoring of technical procurement processes, primarily focusing on materials, services, or spare parts used in engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing projects. This position collaborates with buyers, engineers, suppliers, and planning teams to ensure efficient processes, policy compliance, and timely resource availability.

• Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report commercial award validity
• Identify parts for quoting by commodity & manufacturer
• Manage Sourcing Rule change requests
• Pull data and populate Supplier Review slides for business reviews
• Update supplier management files to reflect open/closed orders & delivery performance

Job Requirements:

Fully remote employment

This job is entirely in English, the interview will be conducted in English.

Vacancy for Mexico/nationalized

Minimum 4 years of experience in recent similar positions

Engineering/Bachelor's degrees in computer science or IT with a degree

Required skills:

Basic knowledge of purchasing, procurement, or technical sourcing processes.

Knowledge of ERP tools

Intermediate/advanced Excel skills

Desirable: Knowledge of databases, Power BI, or other analytical tools.

Desired Skills:

Organization, precision, and attention to detail.

Communication skills to work with internal teams and vendors.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.

We offer:

Gross salary of $50,000 MXN (max) per month + legal benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
