ETL DEVELOPER (Mid level)
We are seeking a Mid-Level ETL Developer to join our growing data engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines that support our data integration and warehousing needs. You will work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, timely, and accessible.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using tools such as Informatica (PowerCenter/IDMC), Talend, Apache Airflow, or SSIS.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Develop scripts in Python, Bash, or Perl to automate data processing tasks.

Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Implement and maintain data warehousing solutions and staging environments.

Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot performance or data quality issues.

Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data integration and storage.

Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Apache NiFi, etc.)

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.

Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.

Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.

Experience working with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in a data integration context.

Familiarity with ETL orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Snowflake, DBT, or AWS Glue.

Knowledge of data quality frameworks and data lineage tools.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
