IT Presales Business Analyst
Your main challenge will be research and technical analysis, both for our SaaS services and for our client projects. The pre-sales department is the technical focal point within the sales department and, therefore, provides technical consulting/advice for all national and international projects in which the company participates. This is where you will be a key player from a technical perspective in the development of the company's business.
You will manage the entire technical sales process: from the analysis of new solutions and/or B2B projects to the presentation and technical defense of these solutions/projects.
You'll work on planned tasks in a timely manner, enabling you to manage projects as efficiently and accurately as possible.
You'll be in constant communication and interaction with departments such as Sales, Project Management, and R&D.
Responsibilities
- You will research and review updates from international regulatory agencies, looking for changes in technical requirements and tax information reporting, and provide these requirements to the Development department.
- You will analyze and segment different projects from a technical perspective, based on our software portfolio: e-invoicing, EDI services, trust services, etc.
- You will forward the necessary technical analyses to Project Management and R&D to adapt the platform's functionality to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the drive and active consulting team in the technology evaluation phase of the sales process, working closely with the sales team as a key technical advisor and advocate for our products and services.
- You will participate in technical sales meetings through conferences or in-person support, as predetermined by the sales department, to define the business's technical needs and provide optimal solutions.
- You will prepare RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and PoCs (proofs of concept), negotiating technical contracts, MSAs, and SOWs, and closing agreements with them.
Qualifications
- Engineer with a passion for and interest in the IT sector.
- Experience in pre-sales teams, as a Project Manager or Product Owner, will be valued.
- Advance English Level
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with the sales and technical departments.
Availability to travel both nationally and internationally (less than 20%)
