We are seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mexico City office and be onsite 3 days a week.:


What can you expect?

Provides Level 2 Application and technical support to colleagues across multiple Enterprise applications. The resource will report in to the L2 Application Support .


We will count on you t o:

  • Responds to incidents within SLA or within a timely manner with appropriate level of urgency.
  • Determines appropriate hardware and software based on corporate policy and end user requirements.
  • Effectively communicates and follows up with colleagues on all incidents and requests.
  • Escalates incidents and questions to appropriate support groups.
  • Ensures all service feedback and updates are provided in a timely manner to all stakeholders.
  • Uses corporate incident management system to record and track all support work.
  • Take ownership of end user incidents providing effective communication and resolution
  • Provide technical applications support across a range of technologies including but not limited to Java, Kubernetes, Mongo DB
  • Provide effective investigation and root cause analysis for problem management process.
  • Supports team’s abilities and functions through positive customer relations.
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to other team members.
  • Contributes to the improvement and enhancement of processes and procedures.
  • Gains additional knowledge and stays abreast of current technologies through employee and company sponsored training, periodicals, and regular interaction with other team members.
  • Routing open incident tickets to Development teams for resolution if team cannot resolve.
     

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in supporting full stack applications
  • Excellent technical trouble-shooter
  • Must have debugged large applications from full stack perspective
  • Database knowledge writing complex SQL queries in any RDBMS tool( Oracle or anything similar)
  • Expertise in supporting applications based on JSP and Servlet, Apache Struts framework, Java, Springboot, .NET, REST Api’s, Angular
  • Experience supporting Containered applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to work with Technical and Non-Technical personnel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to be flexible with working hours, to react to situations within the App Support environment
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively manage knowledge and technical application document repository
