Me gusta mucho trabajar en luxoft, es la primera empresa que me dio la capacidad de tener el balance que buscaba entre lo laboral y lo personal

El sueldo es bastante competitivo, el proyecto en el que estoy es tranquilo pero a la vez entretenido, en general los beneficios son muy buenos.

This company is very very good, it supports its employees much more than others, it actually does not feel any kind of pressure, as a QA Engineer with around 9 years of experience in the field I am pretty sure to say, Luxoft DXC is one of a few companies were is actually satisfactory to work for, have excelent good projects to work on, it has some usefull methods to improve self, like udemy courses, paid certificates, languages scholarship for diferent languages like english being base, french, italian, and some others, it offers assistance with health care, dental, psyquiatric and physical health withn others, if you as employee need something, you can be pretty sure, Luxoft DXC has one or 2 ways at least to assist you.

Basic Health Inssurance, Heavy Health Inssurance, Udemy Courses Free, Paid Certificates, Assistance with external Medical Services, Excelent Projects, Excelent Work Environment Good Administrative Process

Lo malo

There are very very few bad things about it and it could be said in a word, misscommunication, from time to time there are some gaps in communication between departments, it does not happen always, or even often, but, this happens in every company, there will be from time to time a gap in communication, but that only says that we are humans, and we still have room to improve.
