We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our Personalization Engine team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise, with experience gathering and documenting requirements, providing process analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven personalization capabilities.

Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence capabilities/domains, data analysis, SQL, and agile methodologies is required, as is the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the personalization domain and experience working with data scientists, engineers, architects, and product owners to develop and implement algorithms, models, and segmentation strategies that personalize the experience for our customers.
