Knowledge and experience in:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or related field.
  • Strong experience with technology and understanding of digital experiences and tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Experience in lead generation through various channels.
  • Strong Selling B2B experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in selling software development or software services.

  • Proven ability to set and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire new and existing customers to close deals
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Fluent spoken, written and understanding English is a must.
  • Good understanding of the software development sales process.
  • Technical and business knowledge.
  • Experience in selling fixed price and T&M projects, not just outstaffing.
  • Ability to analyze and improve business processes in collaboration with marketing and pre-sales teams.
  • Constantly analyze and get to understand the fintech market
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Gmail)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing new sales channels, and partnerships.
  • Lead sales end customer journey with the best practices.
  • Identify potential customers and make the onboarding.
  • Help customers to get the best experience.
  • Converting high priority leads into opportunities.
  • Working with the technical presales team to generate proposals.
  • Presentation of the proposal, handling objections, and closing deals with the clients.
  • Meeting with the clients face to face all over the world on roadshows and conferences.
  • Organizing and supervising the work of sales executives and lead generation.
  • Qualifying inbound leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Ability to establish and maintain great relationships with the clients.
