Support ESC Spares Planning Projects

Job description:

We're seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our Data Center Operations team. This role is crucial to  aims to provide operational and analytical support for projects related to the planning and management of spare parts within technical, maintenance, or engineering operations. This position works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the timely availability of critical parts, optimize inventory levels, and contribute to the success of projects related to asset maintenance or deployment.

• Job Responsibilities:
• Support BRD documentation
• Support sending out meeting follow-up notes
• Support slide deck creation for reviews and reporting
• Document updates and key milestones in project bugs

Job Requirements:

Fully remote employment

This job is entirely in English, the interview will be conducted in English.

Vacancy for Mexico/nationalized

Minimum 4 years of experience in recent similar positions

Engineering/Bachelor's degrees in computer science or IT with a degree

Required skills:

Knowledge of spare parts planning

Planning tools

Data analysis and inventory management

Project planning support

Basic engineering/maintenance knowledge

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with inventory management systems

Experience in a data center environment

We offer:

Gross salary of $50,000 MXN (max) per month + legal benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
