Support ESC Part Information Management

Job description:

We're seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our Data Center Operations team. This role objective is to provide support in the management, updating, and standardization of technical information on parts, spares, and materials used in operations, maintenance, or engineering projects. This function is essential to ensuring the integrity of master data, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring the efficient use of resources in business management systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process EOL parts by processing suggested replacement workflow
• Route compilance product information requests to vendors and update workflow
• Share relevant part information from PLM including data sheets with vendor upon request

Job Requirements:

Fully remote employment

This job is entirely in English, the interview will be conducted in English.

Vacancy for Mexico/nationalized

Minimum 4 years of experience in recent similar positions

Engineering/Bachelor's degrees in computer science or IT with a degree

Required skills:

Basic knowledge of industrial spare parts, technical materials, or mechanical/electrical components.

Experience with ERP master data management

Advanced Excel skills

Desirable: Knowledge of MDM tools and data análisis

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with inventory management systems

Experience in a data center environment

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail and focus on data quality.

Organization, thoroughness, and responsibility.

Strong communication skills to interact with various technical and administrative areas.

Ability to work with technical information and standardized documentation.

We offer:

Gross salary of $50,000 MXN (max) per month + legal benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
