As an experienced SAP Hybris Sr. Functional Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost- effective service to our clients.

Qualifications:  

·        Fluency of English required.

·        At least 5 years of SAP experience implementing SAP HANA Analytics plus S/4HANA and HANA Cloud Platform.

·        4+ Excellent knowledge in Hybris or SAP Commerce core concepts and commerce concepts, development of extensions and add-ons 3+ years of experience excelling in e-commerce, consulting, or innovation.

·        5+ years working with agile methodologies such as scrum, kanban or design thinking process.

·        Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a team lead or Project Manager on at least 1+ full cycle implementations.

·        At least 3 years in costumer journey optimization on e-commerce or marketplaces archiving increase in KPIs such as sales, awareness, and other business goals.

·        Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

·        Experience working with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, UX and development.

·        Experience in driving client workshops, requirements elicitation sessions, acting as liaison between business and development team.

·        Experience in executive reporting and presentation.

·        Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design, and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, Ai and video.

·        Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions

·        Marketing analytics implementation and operations

·        Advertising campaign ideation, development, and execution

·        Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development, and execution

·        Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results .
