We are looking for a motivated and analytical SAP BW/HANA SAC Developer to join a global team focused on delivering advanced business intelligence and data warehousing solutions.

In this role, you will support the design, development, and optimization of BI solutions using SAP BW/4HANA and modern analytics tools, helping stakeholders transform data into actionable insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to global business stakeholders on the use and adoption of Business Intelligence solutions
  • Support the definition, monitoring, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business-critical metrics
  • Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using:
    • SAP BW/4HANA
    • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
    • Analysis for Office
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and sustainability of the SAP BW architecture
  • Develop data models and reporting solutions within the BI/DWH environment
  • Collaborate on the design and delivery of end-to-end Business Intelligence projects
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
  • Support ad hoc analysis , frontend development, and dashboard design
  • Build and deliver scalable, user-friendly BI solutions aligned with business needs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in SAP BI/BW environments , data modeling, SQL, and data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BI frontend tools such as:
    • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
    • BusinessObjects (BO)
    • Lumira
    • Analysis for Office
  • Strong interest in business processes and the ability to work across complex, cross-functional environments
  • Experience handling and analyzing large datasets
Technical and Professional Skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex technical and business scenarios
  • Experience in dashboarding and self-service BI solutions (preferred: ~2 years)
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical designs
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within international teams
Language Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
