QC / Trainer (Quality Control Analyst / Trainer - TM)

 

About the Role:

 

Responsible for quality of SDR calls and other desk audits for field specific sales ops. Provide coaching and feedback when remedial / upskilling opportunities are identified to enhance the team's progress and growth.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

●      Conduct thorough analysis of products, processes, and systems to ensure adherence to quality standards.

●      Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to enhance overall product/service quality.

●      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality assurance processes throughout the process lifecycle.

●      Monitor and report quality performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

●      Perform root cause analysis for identified issues, contributing to corrective and preventive actions.

●      Provide process / refresher training to SDRs where required

●      Participate in quality calibration sessions with internal and external stakeholders

 

 

Skill Set Required

 

●      Proven experience in quality assurance/ training or a related role.

●      Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.

●      Excellent communication skills to convey quality expectations and findings. (English and Spanish)

●      Proficient in using quality assurance tools and methodologies.

●      Experience using CRM and other productivity tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps)

●      Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

●      Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

●      C1+ English and Spanish Spoken and Written proficiency
