Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect en Crossbridge

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and migration of Salesforce solutions while transforming engineering delivery through autonomous AI coding agents.

This is a highly technical role for someone who combines deep Salesforce expertise with real-world experience implementing agentic development workflows.

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Lead Salesforce org-to-org migrations, including planning, execution, validation, and deployment.

• Implement AI-driven engineering workflows using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, MCP-based agents, or equivalent technologies.

• Configure autonomous agent workflows for coding, testing, documentation, and delivery, with human approval gates.

• Drive technical decisions across Sales Cloud, Apex, Flows, security, and SFDX.

• Introduce new AI development tools, standards, and best practices across engineering teams.

• Ensure software quality, reliability, and secure deployments.

• 6+ years of Software Engineering experience , including 3+ years performing architect-level responsibilities .

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise: Sales Cloud, Apex, Flows, security, and SFDX.

• Experience with Lead-to-Opportunity workflows, lead conversion, opportunity management, and Territory Management.

• Proven experience building and using autonomous AI coding workflows, beyond basic AI assistants or chat-based usage.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce org-to-org migrations.

• Experience introducing engineering tools or processes across teams.

• Strong architectural judgment, independent problem-solving, and clear technical communication.

• Professional English communication skills.

• Salesforce Architect certifications.
