Management of SDWAN, Wireless controllers & Riverbed. LAN, WAN Optimizer, NetScaler, F5
Firmware upgrades and patching of Network Devices
Assist with Network Capacity Forecast and performance
Performance Monitoring and Management Services
Leverage existing tools for Monitoring Network devices and traffic
Identify network problems and resolve in accordance with Incident and Problem management policies, procedures and Service Levels
Network Operational Activities
Manage Load Balancer using NetScaler & F5
Manage SSL encryption including ports, ciphers, and protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, and TCP/UDP
Certificate renewals Add or remove and configure nodes to load balancer
Perform utilization and capacity monitoring and management of the DNS/DHCP pool to avoid outages due to exhaustion of resources
Provide IP Address Management (IPAM) Services
WAN Operational Support Activities
Coordinate and perform WAN diagnostics, remote network administration to solve problems with Service providers
Co-ordinate for code upgrades for all WAN components for security and performance enhancement.
Manage the WAN Acceleration environment using Riverbed Steel Head to optimize the Network
Install, configure, and manage WAN accelerators post customer approval
