 A Workday Functional Consultant builder who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Workday Functional Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Americas Delivery LATAM leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost effective service to our clients.

Work you’ll do As a Workday HCM Functional Consultant you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following: 

 • Configure system requirements for various Human Resources processes including, but not limited to Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, Leave & Absence. 

• Provide end to end business processes, supported by technical configuration 

 • Analyze and recommend continued process improvements and system enhancements to support customers 

 • Ensure selected work products meet their specific requirements 

 • Support clients through testing Qualifications 

 • 2+ years of related experience with Workday development or support in HR/Finance implementation handling case management and platform support or experience as a Workday end user. 

• Experience with designing/testing/integrating a core HR system. 

 • Understanding of HR data models especially Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Security, business processes and organizational hierarchies 

• Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement 

• Ability to work independently and have a pro-active attitude to learn and investigate 

• Superior Communication Skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal Preferred 

• Workday HCM Certified, strongly preferred but not required 

• Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
