As a Kronos Senior Consultant you´ll:

  • Provide application management services to support our clients.
  • Have a good understanding of technical aspects of Kronos solution to be the overall owner of Kronos support.
  • Provide support for Kronos from a functional perspective.
  • Lead a team of offshore technical/functional Kronos resources to ensure that client SLAs are met.
  • Resolve critical and urgent Workforce Management issues and work with Kronos on resolving product issues.
  • Work with delivery leads to manage and delivery new Workforce Management initiatives.

 


Required 

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience with WFM function & processes.
  • Experience with Kronos time and attendance suite and system infrastructure.
  • Experienced with payroll/billing issues.
  • Experience leading end to end global implementation projects.
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced English.
