Data Manager Senior - Híbrido en Edenred

The mission: 

 Lead the design and implementation of data solutions that power strategic decisions and innovation across the transformation program of the Benefits & Engagement Business Line. As Data Product Manager, you will orchestrate the development of a robust data ecosystem integrating modern data architectures and cloud solutions.

 Knowledgeable in Python, SQL Azure cloud solutions, and other modern data technologies (databricks, elasticsearch…)  

 Proven experience in leading data-driven projects with a strategic and analytical approach. 

 Excellent at fostering teamwork and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. 

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Product and Architecture Development: Conceive data as a product in itself to drive the design and implementation of solutions that align with the project's goals of the program from conception to deployment, focusing on practical data integration and usage. 

2. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team in building and maintaining scalable and efficient data solutions. 

3. Data Engineering Methodology: Use your toolbox (Python, SQL, Azure services…) as well as Lean principles to implement a complex yet simple and manageable data management ecosystem. 

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units to ensure the data solutions meet strategic needs and drive business value as well as keeps providing data-based actionable insights 

5. Continuous Improvement: Lead the squad in continuous improvement efforts, adapting to technological advancements and business landscape changes to prevent value deprecation and ensure market relevancy.

Required Skills: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• More than 7 years of experience in data management, with a focus on data architecture, system integration, and data model design. 
• Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and programming in Python. 
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, data management, and data governance. 
• Excellent project management (agility principles) and organizational skills. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 
• Familiarity with local regulatory and compliance requirements related to data.
