Your New Role :
The Sr Manager, Workplace Technology Solutions will be responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments. This individual will play a key role in fostering a collaborative environment, driving project success, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals .
Your Role Accountabilities:
OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.

Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Ensure the team adheres to best practices in software development and project management.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of solutions built on Microsoft platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives .

Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project status and achievements.

Gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Promote a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving.

Ensure solutions meet high standards of quality, functionality, and user experience.

Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and methodologies.

Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including team members, budget, and tools, to ensure project success.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.

Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and process enhancements.

Collaboration: Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure project objectives are met.

Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with the company's financial goals.
STRATEGY

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs and dependencies to better align business processes

Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them

Create comprehensive and meaningful strategy presentations for senior executives

Ability to build a framework and drive development through dynamic business intelligence tools and dashboards for use in ongoing business planning and goal measurement through KPIs
Qualifications & Experiences:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

In-depth knowledge of SharePoint development and administration.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and client satisfaction.
Not Required but preferred experience:

Certified in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
