As our Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving major transformation initiatives that shape the future of financial services in Chile. You'll lead strategic rebranding and digital transformation projects that directly impact millions of customers and set new industry standards.

• Spearhead innovative transformation projects that combine digital evolution with brand excellence
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact initiatives that shape our organization's future
• Drive strategic change management initiatives that enhance our market position
• Orchestrate seamless integration of new technologies and processes while ensuring business continuity
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all organizational levels

Experience That Matters:

• 8+ years of experience leading transformation projects in the financial sector (insurance experience is a plus)
• Track record of successful rebranding, digital transformation, or post-merger integration projects
• Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, or similar approaches)
• Experience with modern project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, or similar)
