Title : Customer Services
Location: Santa Maria (Floor 17/18) Eje Metropolitano 30 130, Sin Nombre de Col 27, Monterrey, N.L
Timing : 8 hr/day between (9AM-8PM) schedule will be given to the candidate on training
Salary: 15000 MXN -18000 MXN + benefits
Position Requirements
· Written and spoken English (B2+).
· Availability to work on site.
· Good attitude.

Position Objective
· Deliver TriNet core services through incoming calls, emails and online chat across all TriNet’s Products, Verticals and Exchanges, by responding and resolving WSEs inquiries and concerns.
· Performs independently to resolve general WSE issues related to payroll, benefits, and basic human resources
· Works with a sense of urgency to provide accurate information in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner translating to a positive customer experience.
· Handles open cases in CRM system to resolution in the shortest possible time while keeping WSEs regularly informed of status and anticipated resolution timing.
· Strives to deliver first contact resolution to WSEs.
· Ensures proper triage, escalation and effective resolution of higher-level issues and challenging interactions through escalation to Subject Matter Authorities.
· Builds and maintains effective business relationships with all departments.
· Interprets Payroll and HR Policies.
· Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding established Key Performance Indicator metrics as defined by management.
· Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the management’s discretion.
