Position: Customer Service Representative (Voice) 

Location:  Pueblo, Calle Eje 5 Norte 990, Edificio F, PB, Santa Barbara, Azcapotzalco, 02230 Ciudad de México (onsite 5 days in a Week)

4) Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions

5) Position product insights solutions recommendations to provide customers with a complete top solutions

 

Mandatory Requirements:

- Conversational English Level (B2 or above)

- High School diploma GED or equivalent

- 6 months of stable experience in call center

- Willingness to work on Site (north CDMX)

- Schedule Availability

- Willingness to complete and pass a background check verification
