Sr. Functional Specialist - Finance Systems - SAP S/4HANA (Híbrido - Mexico) en Carrier Mexico

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic individual to be part of our global Digital organization, with a passion to drive Digital transformation within the Finance function . This will be a hands-on lead role, owning implementations and operations, partnering with various teams both internal and external. The candidate must have strong technical and leadership experience in implementing and supporting Finance capabilities and business processes using core platforms like SAP, Ariba, Kyriba; leveraging internal and external resources in a large multinational corporation or in other complex environments.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Hybrid role open to applicants in Nuevo Leon, Coahuila, CDMX, and Edo. Mex.
• Work schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

REQUIREMENTS

• Conversational English level.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles (including 2+ years’ experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance ) .
• Knowledge of modern software development methodologies (e.g.  Agile, SCRUM,  or  DevOps ).
• Experience managing and supporting Finance systems and functions.
  
• Experience implementing ERP systems , particularly SAP, with additional knowledge of other business systems like Ariba, TMS, or similar.

Preferred:

• Experience with other solutions like SAP MDG, Ariba, Concur, and/or Kyriba, etc.
• CFIN experience.
• Agile methodologies certification (PMI-ACP, AgilePM, SPS, CSM, PSM, PSPO, etc.).
• Country Roll outs, Upgrade, Transformation experience.
