Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst – Querétaro en Soluciones Servinext

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team in Querétaro.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, payment applications, accounting reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and electronic invoicing . Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as IFS, SAP, or Epicor is highly valued.

This position requires a strong accounting background, advanced Excel skills, analytical abilities, and fluent English communication skills .

• Manage and follow up on Accounts Receivable activities.
• Perform collections and customer account follow-up.
• Process and perform payment applications .
• Prepare and perform account reconciliations .
• Perform intercompany reconciliations .
• Execute journal postings and accounting records.
• Support electronic invoicing processes.
• Analyze financial and accounting information.
• Work with ERP and accounting systems.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts and financial records.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Accounts Receivable transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
• Degree must be completed and preferably certified/titled.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and tax-related activities .
• Solid accounting knowledge.

• On-site position in Querétaro .
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with one hour for lunch.
