•   SOX Controls (knowledge and background)

•   Project Management skills/able to meet deadlines
•   Able to follow checklist
•   Able to summarize/detail facts
•   Data analytics skills
•   Takes initiative to ask questions / Not timid – ask questions where things don’t make sense
•   Organized
•   Strong communicator (verbal and written)
•   Basic excel skills (vlookup, etc.)
•   Excited to learn and help folks understand the importance of Compliance

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Staff augmentation, ideally someone that has had a compliance or audit type background. Someone to help the team manage and review self-testing, answer questions.  Looking at evidence (based on a checklist) and ensuring it is complete and accurate (can compare to prior quarter).
