  ServiceNow Developer–Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

As an experienced ServiceNow Developer Senior Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of clients facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

The ServiceNow Senior Developer will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves mentoring junior developers, ensuring best practices, and driving the strategic direction of ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications

Required

6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience

Completion of coursework ( Egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry

Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams

Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions

Advanced English level

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or

ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)

 

 

Preferred

Advanced ServiceNow Expertise : Proven experience designing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or similar platforms. Experience with custom application development and complex integrations is highly valued.

Technical Leadership : Ability to architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, guide technical teams, and set standards for development, integration, and platform best practices.

Strategic Consulting : Strong capability to translate business objectives into ServiceNow solutions, advise clients on platform strategy, and identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.

Project Delivery : Demonstrated success leading ServiceNow implementations, managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement : Excellent skills in engaging with senior client stakeholders, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solution recommendations.

Quality Assurance & Testing : Experience developing robust test plans, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation : Proactive approach to identifying system enhancements, driving adoption of new ServiceNow features, and promoting continuous learning within the team.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials, and to mentor junior consultants and client teams.

Collaboration & Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of effective collaboration in global, cross-functional teams.

ITIL & Industry Standards : Deep understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and their application within ServiceNow environments.
