As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.  You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Skills Required

·       Hands on experience in ServiceNow System administration, ITSM, CMDB, Self

·       Service Portal, Service Catalog development

·       ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

·       Must have handled Platform Upgrade

·       Ability to support 24*7 support model

·       Good Communication and Analytical skills

·       ServiceNow Certified ITSM Implementation Specialist

·       Scripting experience

·       Experience in building the integrations with other applications and tools using API/Integration Hub/ FTP etc.
