Join our team! Thomson Reuters Customer Trust team is looking for an experienced individual to support the evolving customer trust program across both Thomson Reuters software solutions and customer facing products globally.

The Senior Customer Trust Analyst directly helps support the growth of the business by helping our customers understand the security posture of Thomson Reuters along with supporting the products that the clients procure. This is a fast-paced role on a high performing team that has a large amount of visibility within the larger Information Security team.

About the Role   

In this opportunity as a Senior Customer Trust Analyst , you will:   

  •  Coordinate and respond to customer inquiries focusing on Thomson Reuters Information Security posture
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Thomson Reuters security programs and the fundamental security practices for primary product offerings
  • Contribute to develop and maintain standardized responses and written security collateral
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer inquiries with completeness and accuracy 
  • Support the automation tools already being used and identify solutions to increase their utilization for research and population of relevant information 
  • Meet with our customers to support virtual on-site audits and respond to enterprise and product level questions

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • The ideal candidate will possess the right demeanor, skill set and experience to operate in the fast-paced and dynamic world of information security and risk, with experience working on different assessments at a time, as well as managing queries. A successful individual will be articulate, keen on process excellence, and passionate about customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage cybersecurity understanding to respond to third-party security inquiries from customers as submitted by our sales and customer support teams including analysis of the inquiry, application of security information and documentation, working with technology and security stakeholders.
  • Deliver responses and services of inquiries consistently and accurately
  • Collaborate with domain experts, peers and partners; and business or technology leaders across the Thomson Reuters enterprise
  • Partner with stakeholders and team members to collect and track process data to improve customer experience with Thomson Reuters
  • Populate the internal knowledge management tool with product-level information in a structured approach to enable data mining by partnering with stakeholders
  • Report on the current state and identify control gaps to support remediation of findings
  • Contribute to and achieve business and departmental goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to improve risk awareness and compliance as a subject matter expert
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve compliance across Thomson Reuters
  • Deliver additional activities as defined
