Job Overview:   

  • Summary of Position: Responsible to provide sales leadership and subject matter expertise across the Eviden North America’s customer install base and new prospects.  The Senior Sales Executive will work with North American Operations (NAO) Client Executives (responsible for NAO’s most strategic clients) and Large Deal Team (for net new prospects) to lead, qualify, develop and close ServiceNow transformation opportunities. Additionally, the Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with ServiceNow on shared market strategies.
  • Travel Requirements: Availability to travel 25-30%

  • Bring in new ideas to structure ServiceNow deals and advise how to embed ServiceNow within larger Managed Services opportunities and be actively involved in credentialing our portfolio during the pursuit process.
  • Propose new strategies to structure ServiceNow deals and advise how to embed ServiceNow within larger Managed Services opportunities and be actively involved in credentialing our portfolio during the pursuit process.
  • Take ownership for structuring the ServiceNow transformation opportunities, supported by technical and architectural specialists.

Your Expertise: 

Education:  BA/BS Degree in CS, IT, IS or business-related field or equivalent professional experience.

Years of Experience:

  • 5+ years’ Experience in Sales capacity (with focus on SaaS solutions, and/or consulting service selling)
  • 2+ years’ Experience selling in the ESM, ITSM or ITOM space, ideally with ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience providing creative solutions to business problems and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Experience working as part of a large deal team.
  • Experience working independently to own and drive a sales cycle.
  • Experience working with Delivery organizations to hand over new projects and wins.
  • Experience working with Pre-Sales consultants and technical resources to prepare for meetings, proposals, and contracts.

  • ServiceNow Accredited Sales Expert in two or more of the following products lines:  
  • Partner Sales: Now Platform Accreditation
  • Partner Sales: Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Partner Sales: Financial Services Operations (FSO)
  • Partner Sales: HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Partner Sales: IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Partner Sales: IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • Partner Sales: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
