Sales Development Representative Manager

Join our team! We are looking for a leader who can help us expand and coach a team of world-class Sales Development Representatives. As a growing team, we need a team player who can help us meet and exceed our quotas while developing and mentoring their team. This team supports our sales organization by scheduling appointments through outbound phone and email prospecting on our database.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Sales Development Representative Manager , you will:
- Take ownership of leading and coaching a team that can meet and exceed monthly appointment quotas.
- Communicate weekly updates to Sales Directors and other stakeholders within the company.
- Administer performance management conversations and review appointments to ensure quality
- Utilize and optimize the team’s use of sales automation tools such as (but not limited to).
- Connect and Sell, Outreach, and Salesforce
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing to make sure the team is aligned with the strategy of the organization.
- Handle customer escalations as necessary.
- Create a productive and fun team culture through sales contests and team activities.
About You:

- Have experience leading and coaching a sales team
- Can co-create and hold team members accountable to personalized sales plans
- Strong understanding or experience in the industry.
- Strong technology skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly and teach others.
