We are looking for a .NET Sr Support L3.

Profile and main responsabilities:

-Bachelor’s Degree preferred in the following subject areas: Computer Science, Information Technology or related.

-8-12 years of experience providing  Support .NET.

-Experience in supporting applications built on MVC application architecture  , ASP NET
and Libraries, HTML/CSS/JS, AJAX,
AWS/Azure.?

-Broad understanding of the .NET web technologies and SQL or PL/SQL debugging and bug fixes on these technology stack.

-Analytical skills to understand business functionality relationship to code base and stored procedure in RDBMS.

-Past exposure to Tax and Accounting or Invoice product support will be added advantage for this role.

-Ability to document bugs as ADO stories and familiar with git hub version control tools.

-Strong customer service, problem solving, technical
and communication skill to manage triage calls with business users and incident managers.

-Strong ITIL experience.?

-Ability to speak, read and write in English.
