Manager, Sales Development Representative

Join our team! We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative Manager to lead our dynamic SDR team in Mexico that serves the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market. The SDR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SDR team, ensuring that team members are effectively identifying and qualifying leads, and ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth.

About the Role   

In this opportunity as a Manager, Sales Development Representative , you will:   

  • Lead and manage a team of Senior Sales Development Representatives and Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence in the US market.
  • Monitor and evaluate the team’s performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align the SDR strategy with broader company objectives.
  • Create and maintain a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage team performance
  • Provide detailed analysis to inform management decisions.
  • Develop training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with HR to recruit high-caliber SDRs and ensure the team is fully staffed.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the SDR team is on board to support marketing and sales efforts.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Knowledge of the US market and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
