As an experienced Compensation Specialist you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel.  

The DCG Delivery Center Mexico (also known as Americas Nearshore Mexico ) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.   

Deloitte Americas Nearshore Mexico is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines . Deloitte has presence in Queretaro , Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey , Aguascalientes and near cities around Mexico .  

We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. Apply if you have experience in:

  • Understanding the market benchmarking as well as the magnitude of the job
  • Conducting peer-comparison and determining the placement of candidate in the structure
  • Referring to pre-existing salary and range for creation of packages for new hire and existing employees.
  • Ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations at global level inclusive of all the regional/ local obligation
  • Understanding of local taxation rules and to keep it in consideration when recommending package for a new hire or a cross-border move.


  • Have 6 years of solid Compensation & Benefits Analyst experience
  • Have good problem-solving skills and detail oriented
  • Have good communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Have proficiency in compensation research and data analysis.
