Position Purpose:
The role of the Citizen Development Program Analyst is to manage and support the community of developers of the Low-Code / No-Code program in ServiceNow.
The role works as part of the Digital Platforms Team and collaborates closely with ServiceNow Developers, Architect, Business Analysts and with Service and Product Owners to do architecture review, governance, enablement, and system administration.
Responsibilities:
· Review/Approve application ideas by having convesrations with ServiceNow Architects and relevant stakeholders
· Connect idea and process to Global Service Portfolio
· Review technical considerations with ServiceNow Platform teams (SysAdmins, Enteprise Architecture, etc)
· Grant access to Citizen developers to the ServiceNow envionments
· Deconflict development activities
· Support global configurations such as group administration and management
· Review and approve Low-Code / No-Code collaboration requests
· Ensure Quality Assurance by running tests before deployment
· Configuration of App Engine Management Center (AEMC)
Qualifications:
· ServiceNow platform professional developer
· High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
· Academic background: Systems Engineering Bachelor’s Degree or related
· 3+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams
· 3+ years of experience in software programming related positions
· Ability to effectively assess customer needs while consulting and building solutions
· Highly motivated and result-driven
Other Desired Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience developing web based solutions using HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL
- Ability to manage software implementations in multi-tiered environments
