Business Analyst SSR

Job Description

Assess how organizations are performing and help them improve their processes and systems. They conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to business and their clients. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade
  • Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication
  • Analyse the vision and scope of new projects, services and softwares
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new projects and services
  • Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements
  • Collect customer feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires or workshops
  • Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to stakeholders
  • Responsible for mapping process AS-IS and negotiating with stakeholders improved TO-BE versions of Finance and Accounting processes.
  • Document requirements for digitalization for handing over to development team.
  • Follow-up on Change Management tasks to ensure adoption of new digital processes.
  •  Present progress and results to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as business analyst, process design and improvement
  • Minimum 3 -5 years in Project Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
  • Exceptional analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in BPM and CI Tools
