• Design, develop, maintain, and support new and existing engineering software applications.
• Collaborate with Quality teams to ensure products meet QMS quality standards.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to recommend improvements.
• Identify and fix issues within the current project.

Additional Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3 years of development experience in C#/.NET using LINQ and Lambda expressions.
• Proficiency in producing efficient and good practices based on requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated technology leadership, including mentorship to other developers.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of automated unit tests.
• Experience working with US companies is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks.
• Experience in Agile Development Methodology and Principles is a plus. Hybrid role: 2 days per week remote and 3 days on-site (Reforma, Juarez, CDMX)
