About Us: We are a Fortune 200 global leader in Real Estate Tech, building the modern building operations platform . We are expanding our Center of Excellence and looking for disruptive talent. Location: Hybrid – Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

About the Role: You will operate as a one-person engineering team, rolling out AI agents directly into our HR business line (recruiting, employee services, operations) . The leverage in this role is AI, not headcount .

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and ship AI agents for HR in close partnership with Subject Matter Experts .

• Stand up Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and connectors through to production .

• Bootstrap skills, integrations, and evaluations on top of our AI platform (LLM gateway, RAG services) .

• Run workshops to teach HR teams to use tools like Claude Code and translate workflows into agent skills .

Requirements & Experience:

• Proven experience shipping production agents using Claude Agent SDK, MCP, or equivalent stacks .

• Production-level coding in Python, Node, or .NET .

• Experience with diverse data stores (relational, NoSQL, vector, and document) .

• Systems thinking approach with a focus on AI failure modes and pragmatic deployment judgment .
