Join our Service Management team in Mexico City, where we are spearheading a global transformation across Technology Operations. As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the daily management of our diverse application suite, including SAP Hybris and JAVA technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to guarantee operational readiness for new applications and enhancements, continually driving service improvements and pioneering innovation.

About the Role:

  • Manage and ensure the reliability of infrastructure and application operations for our entire application portfolio.

  • Collaborate with application development teams to ensure seamless operational integration of new applications and features.

  • Champion continuous service enhancement and innovation to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Maintain a deep understanding of ITIL processes and contribute to the strategic direction and achievement of departmental goals.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, and keep documentation, processes, and procedures meticulously updated.



About You:
You have at least 3 years of experience in software development or technology infrastructure.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

  • You are fluent in English and possess a strong grasp of ITIL processes.

  • Your technical proficiency includes SAP Hybris, JAVA, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and API.

  • You are known for your excellent problem-solving, organizational, and collaborative skills.

  • Experience in IT Service Management and adherence to standards is crucial.

  • You have effective communication skills and hands-on programming experience.

  • ITIL Certification is an advantage
