Dónde nos encontramos
TESTCo formally started in November 2002. We primarily focused on the Austin, TX market since it was already a hot spot for newly-minted software companies. Austin was (and still is) a thriving community of technical, marketing and entrepreneurial talent. We now serve clients across the U.S.
We have teams in different corners of the world: Ukraine, Romania, UK, US, Canada, Mexico and Nigeria.

Do Your Best – Plan Your Work and Work Your Plan – all great things accomplished begin with a plan and then adjust daily. A strong plan insures that everyone is aligned on the goal and contributing toward achieving the goal. While the plan itself isn’t critical, the process of planning and working the plan is critical.
Do the Right Thing – Create & Deliver Real Value Every Day – in today’s fast-paced and technically complex world, it is all too easy to become distracted with the Urgent instead of delivering on the Important. Research on problems and helping your teammates is important but even more important is making sure that you create and deliver real value toward the goal every day.
Show People You Care – Say “Please”, “I’m Sorry” & “Thank You” – our role in quality assurance can quickly and easily turn into friction and strife if we forget that it is people who we’re actually working for. We make sure that we keep the strong human element present throughout our work with our clients and each other by remembering to be nice to each other.
Live a Life You Love – Be Coachable and Try It On – we want your work at TESTCo to be a meaningful expression of you living a life you love. When you see your vocation as an avocation your enjoyment of that work and the value of that work rises dramatically. Our clients expect this of us and we elect it of each other – great performance every day. All the great performances by the top athletes and performers are backed by a strong coach. Our coaching structure with each other provides ample opportunities to learn from and coach your peers. You will also be actively coached. Being coachable means that you will listen to the coaching and consider it carefully in how it might benefit you. You will be expected to try it on to see if it works for you.
