Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Workday Functional Module or Integrations

- Minimum of 5 to7 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience

- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in client facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model.

- Knowledge of multiple Workday modules, business processes, security.

- ADVANCED ENGLISH is a must

- Location: CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey. Hybrid mode

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Apply and execute various AMS an Implementation methodologies, activities in these Workday Functional, Technical engagements.
- Should collaboratively work with the Global Delivery Center team and onshore team on day to day activities, incidents, root cause analysis and other work requests.
- Provides on call support and holiday coverage as required.
- Deep knowledge in SLA constructs and adherence.
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact.
