About the role: 

This role will work across a variety of client geographies, functions, legal entities and Business Units. The role holder will lead multiple activities which will require resources from permanent staff, contractors and consultants.   Generates and maintains all process related MIS data. Manages ad hoc reporting requests and manages reporting for the team.



Responsibilities:


  • Deep expertise in operating vulnerability management tool -   Qualys for scanning, assessing, and reporting vulnerabilities.
  • Experience with scanners such as Phosphorus/Qualys to detect and analyze threats.
  • Strong understanding of patch management processes, including the ability to prioritize and advise on the deployment of patches.
  • Knowledge of leveraging ML/AI features to analyze and determine the criticality of patches based on the unique business requirements and threat landscape.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and insights related to vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Risk Assessment: Ability to assess risks and communicate the potential impact of vulnerabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contact regular scans of systems, networks and applications to identify the potential weaknesses.
  • Analyze the identified vulnerabilities to assess their severity and potential impact.
  • Prioritize vulnerabilities based on the Risk factors and exploitability.
  • Track the progress of vulnerability remediation and ensure the timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of remediation efforts.
  • Generate the reports on vulnerability trends, risks and remediation activities.
  • Communicate with IT teams, Management and other stakeholders regarding vulnerability and risks.
