Job Description
- Align to IT Services for OT
- Facilitate cyber security governance through the implementation of governance program
- Develop and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise Cyber Security and Risk Management Program for OT.
- Provide regular reporting on the status of OT Cyber Security Program
- Oversee the execution of security processes for OT environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, including substantial work at a leadership or managerial level, preferably in cybersecurity
- Experience creating or maturing staff development programs, within or outside on OT cybersecurity
D esirable
- MBA or an MA in information security, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
- Experience or certification in process improvement techniques, such as Six Sigma
- One or more of the following certifications: Project Management Professional, Project Management Institute, Enterprise Project Management, Certified Information Professional
Responsibilities
- Develop Cybersecurity Strategy for OT understanding of business goals and risks in business terms.
- Develops, socializes and coordinates approval and implementation of security initiatives for OT environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) between cybersecurity and the lines of business in the development of appropriate policies, standards, and frameworks
- Continuously monitoring trends to anticipate and plan for future impact of cyber risk on OT
- Provides regular reporting on the status of the OT Cybersecurity program to enterprise risk teams, senior business leaders and the board of directors as part of a strategic enterprise risk management program for OT.
- Participate in cybersecurity and business-related councils or working groups as necessary.
- Educate OT stakeholders on cybersecurity-related matters to increase awareness and improve culture.
- Establish risk ownership and accountability within the business line.
- Coordinate with Regional OT Leads to align Cybersecurity Strategy, policies & processes.
- Align Strategy with IT Cybersecurity Team
