Unix/Linux System Administrator


We will count on you to :

  • Administer and maintain AIX UNIX systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Support and manage Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

  • Implement and maintain security measures, including user access controls and system patches.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system solutions that meet business needs.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.

  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure data integrity and availability.

  • Assist in capacity planning and system optimization to support business growth.


What you need to have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an AIX UNIX System Administrator, with a strong understanding of AIX operating systems.

  • Experience with shell scripting and automation tools to streamline system management tasks.

  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Advanced Level of English is a Must
