The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to lead and direct small to medium sized projects. How you will bring value to Donaldson:

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Establish and execute a project communication plan.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Ensure projects transition to operational support with necessary documentation, process updates, and training.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or equivalent experience
2 years of project management

Relevant Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Management IT Lifecycle
Knowledge of project management applications (for example: Microsoft Project, SharePoint, JIRA and Service Now), with solid track record of practical application
Strong verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Project Management certification preferred

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

Fluent English required
Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required (0-20% travel)
